Yukari Miyagi is a Japanese artist based in Tokyo. She has been working as an illustrator in advertising and publishing, and has participated in various independent projects with both domestic and overseas publishers and collaborators. She has published several books, including Chichi, Ambrosia, Rabbit and Turtle, Akazukin and The Deer-Star etc.

In 2013, after 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, she published a small drawing book titled 'Line: Yet We Have Flowers and Butterflies Here' to commemorate the tragic disaster.
