Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail as soon as you have placed your order. Please check the confirmatory email and notify us immediately of any errors. If you do not receive this e-mail please contact us immediately so we can investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Contract

Once payment has been received and we confirmed your order by e-mail, it will bring into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Prices

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website, and are shown in £s sterling (or can be converted to USD and Euro) excluding delivery charges.  All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.

Product

All sizes, weights and capacities of the goods given on the website are approximates to provide shipping cost estimate. We make every effort to reproduce colours as accurately as possible on the website. However due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction.

Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide, and we aim to dispatch the goods within 1-4 business days. If for some reasons, we cannot dispatch within that time frame, we will notify you via emails. The delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the order and your location, which you will be able to view on the check out page. A combination of Royal Mail and myHermes (or similar courier services) are used to ensure that your orders are delivered as efficiently and as cost-effective as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email so that you either track your order or know when to expect the order to arrive. For all courier services, you will receive a tracking number where you can check the status of your order.

Cancellation (our rights)

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

< We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

< We do not deliver to your area; or

< One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. Though we will not be obliged to offer additional compensation for your disappointment.

Returns & refund

If you wish to return, cancel or exchange an item/items purchased through the website, please contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible. You are entitled to a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of up to 14 working days after the receipt of the goods, but we are not responsible for the return postage or other incurring charges unless the items are faulty or were damaged during transit.

Once we have received your request for a return or exchange, you will receive an email with a return address. You must return the order, in its original (unused) condition, and if the return items are not in its original conditions or show signs that they have been used; then we have the right to cancel the refund and the items will be returned to you.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the paymentback onto the original card minus the initial postage (with the exception of faulty goods), which will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please read our Payments and Returns page for more details.
