Born in 1966 in Iwate, Japan. Miura graduated from the School and Faculty of Engineering, Chiba University and then completed a MA degree in Furniture design at the Royal college of Art.
He worked for Yamaha Corporation Design Laboratory before establishing Cloud Design in 2000, designing products, furniture, as well as space and interactive designs.
