Ragnar Persson was born in September 1980 in Tavelsjö, a small community in the north of Sweden. He graduated from Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in 2007 with a Master of Fine Arts. His work has been shown in exhibitions across the world, as well as in plenty of self-published books and fanzines.

Ragnar Persson currently lives in Stockholm, Sweden, and works as an artist. 'Feel the Darkness', a hard cover artbook, was published by Dokument Press (partnership with VICE) in 2010, and 'Vi ses i himmlen' by Orosdi Back in 2014, both of which contain retrospective collection of his work.
