We accept most debit/ credit cards and Paypal, and you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. Payments are collected as soon as you place the order. All transactions are handled securely and cannot be obtained by any other party.

*We have recently suspended our Paypal checkout option due to security issues. We want to handle all transactions in the most secure manner, hence we will suspend the Paypal option until we have resolved the issues.



Cancel an order: We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your order but if you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible quoting your order reference number. You are entitled to a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of up to 14 working days after the receipt of the goods.  

Once we have received your request for a return or exchange, you will receive an email with a return address. You must return the order, in its original (unused) condition, with the original invoice back to us within 14 days in order to get an exchange or refund.

We are not responsible for the return postage or other incurring charges if you wish to return or exchange your items (unless the items are faulty or were damaged during transit); please return all items in their original packaging using either Royal Mail 1st class recorded or other courier services with tracking numbers. You are responsible for the items until we receive them.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the payment back onto the original card, minus the original delivery costs. However, if the return items are not in its original conditions or show signs that they have been used; then we have the right to cancel the refund and the items will be returned to you.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Exchange: We can only exchange on the same product and if you would like a different item then a new order must be placed. Please read the instructions above for the return procedure.

Faulty or damaged items: If the items are incorrectly sent, faulty, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for replacements. All items must be returned to us before we send you the new replacements. We will only replace with the same items in your original order and will refund you delivery charge for returning the items.
