We know that you can’t wait for your favourite items or gifts to arrive, so we try our best to dispatch your goodies within 1-4 business days. If for some reasons, we cannot dispatch within that time frame, we will notify you via emails.
The delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the order and your location, which you will be able to view on the check out page. We don't aim to make profit from the postage and packaging, and we try to find the most cost-effective options for our customers. A combination of Royal Mail and several courier services are used to ensure that your orders are delivered as efficiently as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email so that you either track your order or know when to expect the order to arrive. For all courier services, you will receive a tracking number where you can check the status of your order.
UK shipping
We now offer free standard shipping within the UK for orders over £50 and internationally for over £125!
Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class recorded is used for orders under 1kg. This means that a signature is required at the delivery address, so please ensure there is someone to sign for your items upon delivery.
UK customers can expect delivery within 1-2 business days, but please allow 1 or 2 extra days before checking the status of the order.
Courier service is used for orders over 1kg. We use myHermes, which will take 2-5 working days for the items to arrive.
For all Next day delivery before 6pm, we use either Royal Mail Next day service or other courier companies at a set charge regardless of the weight. For other delivery requirements, please contact us for further arrangements.
International shipping
Royal Mail airmail Standard is used for all international shipping. Please allow between 3-7 days for delivery, but this varies according to your location, unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact time of your delivery.
Royal mail international signed for is an option where a signature is needed upon delivery. A tracking number is available for certain countries (please check the Royal Mail website for more details) and there is compensation if the package is lost or damaged during transit. The delivery time frame for this service is the same as the standard airmail service, but it provides a peace of mind for more valuable orders.
We recommend customers go for the latter option for goods over £50, as we cannot compensate for lost items during transit.
Local import duties & taxes
Please beware of local import duties and/or taxes payable on goods that are delivered outside of the UK or shipped directly from Asia. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for these charges.
Delivery address & redelivery
Please ensure that you enter your correct and full invoice and delivery address, as well as a correct delivery option. If we are in doubt, we will contact you and this may delay the delivery of your goods.
If your package is returned to us by Royal Mail or other courier companies because there is no one to receive or collect the package or an incorrect address is provided, then you will be subject to a second delivery charge.
Lost and damage items
If your items are damaged during transit or do not arrive within the delivery time frame, then please contact us as soon as possible.
Packaging
We try to minimise damage to our environment; and when possible, we use packaging and printed materials that are either biodegradable or recyclable. Please help to recycle or reuse these materials as much as possible.
